JP Modatex is a specialized product developer and producer for varieties of Linen blends and other Cellulosic Yarns in plain/ slubs/ compact/ stretch Yarns for apparel fabrics and home Textiles. We specialize in Linen Blended yarns with Cotton / Lyocell / Modal / Viscose / Bamboo / Wool etc. in a count rage of Ne 6 to Ne 60 with Linen 5% to 55%.

Pure polyester color yarn: (white yarn)

The T8S-T60S polyester yarn produced by our company is widely used in embroidery thread, knitted underwear and apparel fabrics. A series of quality indicators such as high yarn breaking strength, good dryness, hairiness, thick section and detail are among the first-class domestic standards and are well received by customers.

Pure polyester yarn:

The pure polyester special black yarn and the multi-numbered hemp gray yarn produced by our company have excellent natural color, no color difference, dryness and strongness. The color yarn has natural color and harmony and is not easy to fade. It does not need printing and dyeing after the yarn is formed, and it is directly knitted or woven. According to customer feedback: the woven fabric surface is full and beautiful, and the whole piece of cloth has a three-dimensional effect, and the customer is deeply satisfied.

We mainly make fabric for pocketing, lining, shirting, uniform garment, etc. Composition are cotton, TC and polyester.

Finest equipment ensures quality products. In the last five-year plan, we spent heavily to upgrade the whole production line。It make the automation degree and product quality on the leading position of domestic.

1. Upgrade the spinning production line to achieve the best yarn quality and to lay the foundation for us weaving good quality fabric.
2. Replace old shuttle loom with imported air jet loom, which greatly improves the quality of grey cloth.
3. We cooperate with the dyeing factory to invest. In order to upgrade the equipment and reform the finishing process, then so as to achieve the best effect of the finished fabric.

We keep improving the quality, meanwhile, we research and develop new items continuously. We make every meter fabric with our hearts!

We produce different types of Polypropylene Multifilament Yarns including Flat (0 twist) Yarns, Twisted Yarns and Intermingled Yarns of various denier ranges and variety of color options that are superior in quality, texture, color and strength.  

We offer 210 Denier to 6000 Denier in PP Multifilament High Tenacity Yarns.  We offer twisted yarn from 300 Denier onwards and highest twist level is up to 300 pm.  Our standard tenacity is over 6.2 grams/denier.

We offer yarns in round and trilobal filaments. We have range of over 100 dope dyed colors.
